APC Policy and Rationale
IJCOPE follows an open-access publishing model, ensuring that all published research is freely available to readers worldwide without subscription barriers. To sustainably support this model, a nominal Article Processing Charge (APC) is collected after manuscript acceptance.
The APC is utilized exclusively to cover essential scholarly publishing operations, including manuscript handling, editorial workflow management, plagiarism screening, DOI registration, digital hosting, long-term archiving, and issuance of author certificates. IJCOPE does not levy any submission or review fees.
The APC for Indian authors is intentionally kept low at ₹599 INR to promote inclusive research dissemination, particularly for students, early-career researchers, and institutions with limited funding. This fee structure reflects our commitment to academic access, not commercial profit.
Payment of APC has no influence on the peer-review or acceptance decision. All manuscripts undergo editorial evaluation based solely on academic merit, originality, and relevance to the journal’s scope.
