Abstract
- Hydrological simulation plays a vital role in understanding and managing water resources of minor irrigation tanks, which are crucial for agricultural sustainability, especially in semi-arid and rural regions. This study focuses on the simulation of hydrological processes governing a minor irrigation tank, including rainfall, runoff, inflow, evaporation, seepage, storage, and irrigation releases. The simulation model integrates meteorological data, catchment characteristics, and tank operational parameters to estimate water availability and storage behavior over time.
