Abstract

Employee welfare has become a strategic component of human resource management, especially in labor-intensive industries such as manufacturing. Welfare measures not only ensure employee well-being but also significantly contribute to improving productivity, motivation, and organizational effectiveness. The present study focuses on analyzing the effectiveness of employee welfare measures provided to trainee employees at IJL Pvt Ltd.
