Abstract

Digitalization has become a transformative force in modern business operations and supply chain management. The integration of advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), Big Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Blockchain, and Automation has significantly improved operational efficiency and supply chain performance. Organizations across industries are increasingly adopting digital technologies to enhance productivity, reduce operational costs, improve inventory management, and strengthen customer satisfaction.

The present study examines the impact of digitalization on operations and supply chain efficiency. A descriptive research design was adopted, and primary data were collected from 100 respondents associated with operations, logistics, warehousing, procurement, and supply chain functions. The findings reveal that digital technologies contribute significantly to operational productivity, inventory control, logistics optimization, real-time decision-making, and customer service quality. Statistical analysis confirms a positive relationship between digitalization and operational efficiency. The study concludes that digital transformation is essential for organizations seeking sustainable growth, competitive advantage, and improved supply chain resilience in the digital era.
