Abstract
Design / Methodology A fictional, decision-focused teaching case. All data and events are illustrative, designed to simulate realistic organisational dilemmas for classroom use.
Findings The case does not prescribe a single outcome. It invites students to analyse trade-offs among environmental benefit, safety, financial responsibility, stakeholder expectations, and institutional jurisdiction.
Practical Implications The case equips future administrators to apply the Triple Bottom Line framework, conduct stakeholder analysis, and design ESG-aligned operational decisions (Elkington, 1997).
Keywords Sustainability leadership; ESG; University management; Green infrastructure; Traffic signages; Triple Bottom Line; Beyond compliance; Stakeholder analysis
