Abstract
Pharmacologically, Gokshura is recognized for its diuretic, anti-inflammatory, and strengthening actions. It is frequently used in the management of urinary disorders such as dysuria, kidney stones, and urinary tract infections. In classical Ayurvedic formulations, it is a key component of preparations like Dashamoola and also used as a Rasayana to promote longevity and health.
