Abstract

Artificial Intelligence has fundamentally transformed the modern e-commerce landscape by enabling intelligent automation, personalized customer experiences, and data-driven business decisions. Organizations adopting AI have achieved greater operational efficiency, improved customer satisfaction, and increased profitability. However, successful AI implementation requires responsible data governance, ethical practices, skilled professionals, and continuous technological investment. As AI technologies continue to evolve, businesses that strategically integrate intelligent systems while maintaining transparency and consumer trust will be better positioned for sustainable growth in the global digital economy.
