Abstract
Findings: The finding of the study shows that India, the US, Germany, and the Netherlands are the top countries in HR Analytics publications; collaborations between countries and universities focusing on HR Analytics are minimal. Angrave et al. and Marler and Boudreau were the most prominent authors.
Originality/ Value: The findings of this study provide valuable information to academicians, scholars and researchers to understand the research trends in Human Resource Analytics.
