Abstract

International trade finance plays a significant role in facilitating global business by reducing transaction risks and improving liquidity for importers and exporters. This study examines the effectiveness of applicant marketing for international trade finance services offered by American Express Bank. A descriptive research design was adopted using primary data collected from 100 respondents through a structured questionnaire. Percentage analysis, the only statistical tool used in the original project, was employed to interpret the findings. The results indicate that customer awareness, digital marketing, relationship management, and service quality positively influence the adoption of trade finance services and customer satisfaction.
