Abstract

Stakeholder perception plays a significant role in determining corporate financial performance, organizational reputation, and long-term business sustainability. This study examines stakeholder perception towards the corporate financial performance of Hyundai Motors by analysing profitability, financial transparency, corporate governance, sustainability initiatives, innovation, and stakeholder confidence. A descriptive research design was adopted using primary and secondary data collected from 100 respondents through a structured questionnaire. Correlation Analysis was used as the statistical tool to examine the relationship between stakeholder perception and corporate financial performance. The findings indicate that positive stakeholder perception significantly enhances organizational credibility, financial stability, investor confidence, and sustainable business growth.
