Abstract

Resilience is a pair of clocks, not a wall map of suppliers. A digital twin deserves the name only when it advances the instant a break is named and the instant service returns, and when both instants are written against a named shock. This expanded account writes that claim as a single operator chain for electrified logistics: a usable pack window cut by management bounds, a heat-limited array credit, a delayed feeder grant, a twin-informed recovery rate, an audited green tour, an Ising rebuild of a broken load plan, and a residue-plus-shift calculus for series that live on two clocks. Visibility without a detect threshold is monitoring. Simulation without a reported time-to-recover is rehearsal without a score. Equivalent lead time remains the argument of a safety-stock identity; the twin may revise the number and may not delete the identity. Custody completeness is treated as a resilience input because an optimizer that may silently edit an emission factor recovers a tour the physical chain never ran. Encoding delay on an annealer is treated as part of recover time because a promised dock repair that ignores device queue is a false clock. The usable window is policy, the grant is a lagged binary, and the detect rule is an infimum on a residual rather than a dashboard colour. Curves in the technical sections show review growth, state-of-charge paths, diurnal array power, service return, packing-gap descent, two-scale spectra, and a joint index against shared state. The abstract ends by requiring a dock log in which pack current, grant, crate spin, and inventory residue share one stamp.
