Abstract

Einstein’s field equations say that stress-energy is the source of spacetime curvature. An operational analogue is available for multi-echelon networks once a lead-time metric has been written. Inventory density, congested flux, battery dissipation, and ledger-blocked lots form a stress-energy tensor on the planner–lane plane. The Einstein tensor of that metric is required to equal a coupling constant times that tensor. Curvature then ceases to be a metaphor for “the network feels heavy” and becomes a computable response: geodesic deviation of nearby shipment worldlines, extra coordinate delay outside a hub, and conservation identities that the twin cannot violate without breaking Bianchi. The construction uses the author’s digital-twin, FKF, quantum, ledger, mobility, and electric-vehicle lemmas as sources and gauges, not as a claim that warehouses have been found to curve physical spacetime. It claims only that if delays already live on a metric, the metric must be sourced, and Einstein’s map is the sourced map that preserves local conservation.
