The effectiveness of learning and development programs is determined by their ability to enhance employee productivity, motivation, and job satisfaction. This article examines how structured training initiatives contribute to individual growth and organizational success. Effective L&D programs help employees adapt to technological changes, improve communication skills, and increase efficiency in the workplace.
