Abstract

Pack sizing for competition and road hybrids is a constrained energy-balance problem whose feasible set shrinks once communication integrity, command latency, and solar assist are admitted as coupled limits. Cell-material and management reviews show that fade, thermal margin, and leftover capacity after a duty cycle belong in the same objective later used for multi-scale residue extraction on vehicle and logistics traces. Smart-mobility stacks and green-logistics learning surveys lift that vehicle-level map onto a network, where ledgers, live replicas, and a three-coordinate resilience vector replace single-trip energy. Annealing and related combinatorial solvers address unit-load and disruption configurations that neighbourhood search leaves incomplete. Time-shift and sequential-convergence identities of the two-sided FKF transform give a common language for delayed residue pulses on those networks. The article reconstructs the chain as one regularized program: size the store, keep the channel observable, read the residual spectrum, twin the flow, anneal the allocation, and keep delayed leftovers interchangeable with on-time ones.

Keywords: pack sizing, residual spectral extraction, digital twins, supply-chain resilience, quantum allocation, two-sided FKF transform
