Abstract

EduCloud is an education-management platform powered by AI that automates academic and administrative processes using modern Web technologies and advanced/AI algorithms. Traditional management systems are focused mainly on storing data, and do not provide real-time decision-making capability like the new EduCloud does with its new MERN stack architecture and state-of-the-art Google Gemini powered AI engine for generating smart timetables, creating automated tests, and analyzing academic performance. This system uses constraint-based scheduling, as well as natural language processing technology, to improve the overall user experience and better the academic efficiency of the users. Additionally, EduCloud employs a decoupled client/server architecture that will support the scalability and modularity of the system. Based on the results of the experimental evaluation of the system, the new EduCloud has proven to improve overall operational efficiency, significantly decrease the manual workload of the users, and enhance the overall learning experience of all users. EduCloud is also cloud enabled, enabling the ability to grow as technology changes and allow for future developments, including real-time analytics and blockchain-supported certifications.
