Abstract

Concurrent pressure from geopolitics, cyber intrusion, climate extremes, and network congestion now lands on freight systems as a single compound event rather than as isolated incidents. Cascading losses then travel through movement, stock, energy, and data layers at the same time. This paper reconstructs a constrained recovery architecture in which digital twins, emission-aware logistics, hash-chain provenance, operator swipe release, two-sided FKF/FKL spectral operators with sequential convergence, selected quantum packing kernels, anti-theft integrity bits, hybrid-electric energy bounds, and intelligent-mobility telemetry are joined inside one forecast–response loop. Heterogeneous field signals are watched continuously, converted into risk-bearing features, and admitted as recovery commands only when energy, transport, security, and integrity predicates are jointly satisfied. Blockchain verification supplies a trusted record of the evidence that licensed the command. Resilience is therefore framed as an ongoing, constraint-checked practice that anticipates shock, screens feasible recoveries, and revises the predictor from residual evidence rather than as a one-shot repair after collapse.
