Abstract

Neurolytics – AI Business Analytics is a web-based business analytics platform developed to help organizations analyze sales data, visualize business performance, and forecast future sales. The system integrates HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Flask, Pandas, Chart.js, and Scikit-learn to provide an interactive and user-friendly analytics environment. A CSV-based e-commerce sales dataset containing information such as Order ID, Country, Category, Unit Price, Quantity, Order Date, and Total Amount is processed using Pandas for analysis. The platform provides separate modules for business overview, dashboard visualization, category-wise analytics, sales prediction, and user contact. The dashboard presents important business indicators and country-wise revenue visualization, while the analytics module provides category-level sales analysis using interactive charts. For future sales forecasting, a Linear Regression model is trained using historical transaction values and used to generate a six-month sales forecast. The system demonstrates how artificial intelligence and data analytics can be combined with web technologies to transform raw business data into meaningful insights and support data-driven decision making.
