Abstract

Work-life balance has become an essential topic in the field of human resource management due to increasing workplace demands and evolving employee expectations. In modern organizations, employees often face challenges in balancing professional responsibilities with personal life commitments. When employees fail to maintain a balance between work and personal life, it can result in stress, burnout, and decreased productivity. This study aims to examine the relationship between work-life balance and employee productivity. The research focuses on employees working at Triad Software Pvt.Ltd.. Data was collected from employees using a structured questionnaire. Percentage analysis and graphical tools were used to interpret the results. The study reveals that employees who maintain a proper work-life balance experience higher levels of job satisfaction, lower stress, and improved productivity. The research also highlights the importance of organizational support, flexible working arrangements, and employee wellness programs. The findings suggest that organizations should develop effective policies that help employees maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life.
