Abstract
This study examines the relationship between talent management and employee creativity, with a focus on the mediating role of pro-environmental sustainability. Talent management practices such as training, development, and employee engagement are expected to enhance creativity among employees. However, the integration of pro-environmental sustainability acts as a mediating factor that strengthens this relationship. Organizations that promote environmentally sustainable practices encourage innovative thinking and creative problem-solving among employees. The study highlights the importance of aligning talent management strategies with sustainability initiatives to improve overall employee creativity and organizational performance.
