Abstract
Employee morale and job satisfaction play a vital role in determining organizational effectiveness, employee productivity, and career development. This study focuses on assessing the level of employee morale and its impact on career growth at Heritage Foods Limited. The primary objectives of the study are to identify the factors influencing employee satisfaction, examine the role of supervisors and managerial practices in shaping workplace morale, and evaluate how job satisfaction contributes to employees’ professional development and organizational commitment. The study adopted descriptive and exploratory research designs to gain a comprehensive understanding of employee perceptions and experiences. Overall, the study concludes that maintaining high employee morale and job satisfaction is essential for enhancing productivity, reducing turnover, supporting career growth, and achieving long-term organizational success.
