Abstract

The pharmaceutical sector is one of the fastest-growing industries in India, driven by increasing healthcare awareness, technological advancements, rising demand for medicines, and supportive government policies. Equity research plays a significant role in evaluating the financial performance, market position, profitability, and investment potential of pharmaceutical companies, enabling investors to make informed investment decisions. The present study examines the equity research analysis of the pharmaceutical sector with special reference to Apollo Pharmacy Pvt. Ltd. The research evaluates the company's financial performance, operational efficiency, profitability, liquidity, market competitiveness, and future growth prospects using both primary and secondary sources of data. The findings indicate that Apollo Pharmacy has maintained strong financial stability, consistent revenue growth, effective customer service, and successful digital transformation, enhancing its attractiveness as a long-term investment opportunity. The study concludes that continuous innovation, operational efficiency, and customer-centric business strategies are key factors contributing to sustainable growth and shareholder value in the pharmaceutical retail sector.
