Abstract

Budgetary control is an important management accounting technique used to plan, coordinate, monitor, and control financial resources. It involves preparing budgets, comparing actual results with planned targets, identifying variances, and taking corrective actions. This study examines the budgetary control system at Zetatek Technologies, focusing on budget preparation, implementation, monitoring, variance analysis, cost control, resource allocation, financial planning, and organizational performance. Primary data were collected from 100 respondents through a structured questionnaire, supported by secondary sources. Findings indicate that effective budgetary control strengthens financial discipline, improves resource utilization, supports cost management, enhances managerial decision-making, and contributes to organizational performance and sustainable growth.
