Abstract

Technical interviews play a significant role in the hiring process for computer science students. However, many students find it hard to prepare effectively because they lack structured guidance, realistic practice, and ongoing feedback. Most existing preparation methods depend on static question banks or self-study, which do not reflect real interview settings or help students monitor their progress over time. This paper introduces CorePrep: Smart Interview Preparation, a web-based platform designed to help students develop their technical interview skills through structured practice, mock interview simulations, and performance analysis.
