Abstract

Overlapping geopolitical, cyber, climatic, and congestion shocks increasingly strike freight networks simultaneously, creating cascading disruptions across transportation, inventory, energy, and information systems. The PREDICT–MITIGATE framework integrates digital twins, green logistics, blockchain-based traceability, swipe-controller release mechanisms, FKF/FKL spectral analysis with sequential convergence, quantum logistics, anti-theft integrity, hybrid-electric fleet constraints, and smart-mobility data feeds into a unified prediction–mitigation feedback loop. This integrated architecture enables heterogeneous operational signals to be continuously monitored, analyzed, and translated into risk-aware mitigation decisions. Recovery actions are released only when they satisfy required energy, transportation, security, and data-integrity constraints, with blockchain verification supporting trusted operational records. Consequently, supply-chain resilience is treated not as a reactive post-event repair process, but as a continuous, constrained, and adaptive feedback practice that anticipates disruptions, evaluates feasible recovery options, and progressively improves system performance under changing conditions.
