Abstract

This paper develops an operational framework for a mixed Fourier–Kontorovich–Lebedev (FKF–FKL) transform in which translational dynamics and positive radial or scale variables are treated simultaneously. The formulation is designed for systems in which lead-time oscillations, capacity scales, inventory intensity, vehicle-energy states, and disruption signatures interact across more than one characteristic scale. A distributional setting is introduced so that generalized signals can be paired with weighted testing functions, while the imaginary-order Macdonald kernel supplies the radial spectral coordinate. The paper derives transform, shift, modulation, differential, product, convergence, and inversion relations and then introduces a residue-based procedure for extracting resonant spectral contributions. The mathematical construction is connected to digital twins, resilient logistics, electric mobility, smart transportation, and quantum-assisted optimization. The resulting framework separates spectral detection from operational authorization and provides a mathematical basis for identifying persistent or resonant modes before downstream optimization is invoked.
