Abstract

An intelligent Tourism and Taxi Booking Application that integrates tourism services and transportation management into a single, secure, and user-friendly platform. Developed using React Native and Flask, the application supports both Android and web platforms, ensuring flexibility, scalability, and efficient performance. The system is designed to simplify travel planning by providing users with convenient access to taxi booking, tourism information, trip management, and secure payment services through a centralized interface. A key feature of the application is real-time tracking, which enables users to monitor taxi locations, travel routes, and trip progress, thereby enhancing transparency, safety, and travel efficiency. The system also offers offline functionality, allowing users to access essential information such as saved trip details and navigation support even in areas with limited internet connectivity. An intuitive and visually appealing user interface ensures smooth navigation and improves user experience for travelers of all technical backgrounds. To protect user data and ensure secure transactions, the application incorporates advanced security mechanisms, including encryption, secure authentication, and privacy protection measures. Additionally, the integration of location-based recommendations, tourism guidance, and ride management features creates a comprehensive travel solution. By combining convenience, reliability, accessibility, and security, the proposed system enhances customer satisfaction and provides an efficient platform that supports modern tourism and transportation needs.
