Abstract

This study examines the impact of Human Resource (HR) policies on employee morale and organizational performance with reference to NexPuzz Technologies Pvt Ltd, Erode. In today’s competitive business environment, effective HR policies play a significant role in improving employee motivation, satisfaction, productivity, and overall organizational effectiveness. The study focuses on important HR practices such as recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance appraisal, employee welfare measures, communication practices, and work-life balance policies.

The main objective of the study is to analyze how HR policies influence employee morale and contribute to organizational performance. A descriptive research design was adopted for the study, and both primary and secondary data were used. Primary data were collected from 50 employees through a structured questionnaire, while secondary data were gathered from journals, books, websites, and company-related sources. Statistical tools such as Percentage Analysis, Chi-Square Test, and ANOVA were used for data analysis and interpretation.

The findings reveal that employees generally have a positive opinion regarding the HR policies followed in the organization. The study identifies that effective HR practices improve employee morale, job satisfaction, motivation, teamwork, and productivity. It also highlights that supportive management, proper communication, training opportunities, and fair performance appraisal systems contribute positively to organizational performance. However, certain areas such as employee recognition, career development opportunities, and work-life balance require further improvement.

The study concludes that well-structured HR policies create a healthy and motivating work environment, enhance employee commitment, and improve organizational growth and efficiency. Therefore, organizations should continuously strengthen their HR practices to maintain employee satisfaction and achieve long-term success.
